The Administrative Console (SPxAdmin.exe) works only when the PlantSight Smart 3D Bridge Extractor Server (SPxServer.exe) is installed. The Administrative Console provides a convenient interface to edit the PlantSight Smart 3D Bridge Extractor server's settings.

If the PlantSight Smart 3D Bridge Extractor server is installed correctly (and also started), you should see it in the standard Administrative Tools/Services application. This location is where you can start and stop the server.
